Bawana Upstairs, Ramaya & Samaya suites are not advisable for children below 06 Yrs old due to balconies,

Eraeliya – Bookings
We welcome you to Eraeliya, a premium villa complex dedicated to providing you with a luxurious, peaceful, natural and secure environment. In order to make your stay more enjoyable, safe and peaceful, we kindly request all guests to observe the following:
• Check-In/Check-out Time
Check-In time shall be after 14:00 hours (local time) and check-out time shall be before 12:00 hours (local time) on the relevant day. Any request for early check-in, or late check-out will be subject to the Villa sole discretion, which shall be based on the Villa’s availability on the relevant day.
• Day-Use Policy/late Checkout
Save for any late checkouts agreed by the Villa, the Villa shall charge 50% of the contracted room rate for any checkout at or after 12:00 noon (local time) but before 6:00pm (local time), and the full contracted room rate for any checkout at or after 6:00pm (local time). This clause shall not, in any case, apply to the first day/night of use of the relevant room, for which the full contracted room rate shall be payable.
• Check-in Procedure
All guests are kindly requested to provide the passport or a substitute identity card on arrival. Credit card name used should be in a traveling party, no exceptions given. If guest name on a credit card is not in a traveling party, booking is considered as ‘no show’, and new booking has to be made and paid under one of traveling party names at the time of arrival.
• Cancellation/No Shows/Early Departures
The full amount is charged for no shows irrespective of length of stay booked and season.
No refund is given for balance days in case of early departures, unless only at sole discretion of management, if canceled room-nights were resold to another guest.
The property will require advance payments at any time depending on the length of the booking, the number of Villas or according to the period.
Please note that all advance payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations will be charged on the booked basis:
Guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
If cancelled in the 14 days or No Show Total price will be charged (100%)
Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
If cancelled in the 30 days before arrival or No Show Total price will be charged (100%)
Guest can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival.
If cancelled in the 42 days before arrival or No Show Total price will be charged (100%)
30% Non refundable advance payment require on confirmation.
Guest can cancel until 90 days with no cancellation fee except non refundable advance payment.
If cancelled in the 90 days or No Show Total price will be charged (100%)
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of the booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience). All personal data is treated with utmost confidentiality.
• Driving directions:
1) coming from Galle side: reach Kumbalgama junction, turn on Kalukanda Rd, pass Cape Weligama, main gate of property located 400 meters ahead on the right.
2) coming from Matara side: reach Kapparatotta junction, turn left at Fishermans Bay hotel, drive 100 meters, turn right, drive 150 meters, hotel will be on the left side.
3) coming from Galle or Matara: from Walliwala junction turn 1st lane, drive 100 meters, directly will see hotel main gate.
4) coming from Colombo: from Ward Pl, Kollupitiya get on Southern Expy/E01 (tollway); drive on Southern Expy/E01 – exit at Kokmaduwa (Weligama exit), drive 2 km until T-junction, turn right, drive until another T-junction, again turn right, pass Weligama market, turn left, come to Weligama town, enter Galle Rd, drive 2.5 km, reach Kapparatotta junction.
Eraeliya – Codes of Conduct
We welcome you to Eraeliya, a premium villa complex dedicated to providing you with a luxurious, peaceful, natural and secure environment.
Accordingly, we make a kind request to all guests to observe the following:
• Refusal of Check – in
We will be compelled to not allow any guests to enter or stay who are in a state of strong alcoholic or drug intoxication.
• Visitor Policy
For the security of all the resident guests, please advise Eraeliya’s Management of intended visitors of yours, coming to Eraeliya. All visitors will only be allowed between 8:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs. Mangement has the authority to refuse any visitors who are not suitable to stay within Eraeliya premises.
Clients are kindly requested to minimize sound after 22:00 hrs for the convenience of all the guests. However, if the management feels that the sound is disturbing other guests of the hotel, management has the right to request the lowering of volume.
• Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed within buildings.
• Safety Policy
Guests are kindly requested to keep all valuables inside the safe in your room. Guests are responsible for all items left in their room or the grounds of Eraeliya. Management will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage incurred to such items.
• Slippery Floors
The floors can become very slippery during periods of rain. We suggest the avoid of use of rubber sandals or slippers.
• Animal Policy
For your safety, please do not expose yourself to Rabies or being attacked by feeding any animals including dogs, cats and monkeys who may pass through the property.
Pets are not allowed inside the premises of Eraeliya.
• Grand Piano
Guests are kindly requested to obtain permission from the management to play the grand piano in the lobby of the Bawana Villa.
*Eraeliya’s Management request that you take good care of Eraeliya’s property. In the event that property is damaged or lost due to misuse by guests, compensation will be payable after assessment by Eraeliya’s Management.
