Our fitness classes are suitable for all levels. No matter if you want to lose some weight or get started on a new workout routine – all our activities are conducted by qualified professionals in a safe manner and with an individual approach. You will start your stay with a private consultation with our Feelgood-Coach. She will answer your questions regarding health and workout topics and share some secrets about what really works — and what doesn’t.
